Stefan Bassing is an Architect and Designer based in the UK, having received his architectural education internationally in Stuttgart, Sydney and London. In the role of the design architect he has developed numerous projects ranging in scale from master plans to interiors, working amongst others for the late Zaha Hadid. In 2012, as a scholar of the DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service), Stefan continued his research at the Bartlett School of Architecture UCL, starting to develop his own design approach and language. He remained with the school after his graduation as a unit tutor at the Bartlett GAD
Since 2016 Stefan is consulting Studio Ross Lovegrove as the practice's Director of Computation and Advanced Technologies. Since then he has been Design Director for Ross' solo show 'Convergence' at the Centre Pompidou in Paris in 2017, and the design lead on products for high profile clients mainly in the consumer electronics industry.
