James Blake Collaborates With Rosalía On “Barefoot in the Park” Video

James Blake shared a new video for the song “Barefoot in the Park,” featuring Rosalía. The song is from Blake’s most recent album Assume Form, launched in January. The video for was created by directors Diana Kunst and Morgó, already known for their creative works for FKA twigs, A$AP Rocky, and previous Rosalia visuals. In the “Barefoot in the Park” clip, James Blake and Rosalía play the parts of “characters whose fates are intertwined.” It features them choosing different paths in their lives as they slowly careen towards each other.

The album features contributions from André 3000, Travis Scott, Metro Boomin and Moses Sumney. ”It feels good to say that it’s like a group enterprise, this album, rather than just a James Blake record in the sense of old,” Blake previously told Exclaim, elaborating about “Assume Form” collaborators like Rosalía.
