Lady Gaga Began Her Las Vegas Residency Called Enigma

On December 28th Lady Gaga began her residency in Las Vegas entitled Enigma. A residency a series of concerts by an artist always in the same place that usually coincides with Las Vegas. After renowned artists like Elvis Presley, Celine Dion and Jennifer Lopez now is the turn of Lady Gaga who brings her event to the Park Theater. The show sees as protagonist a new version of Gaga, an avatar named Enigma, which is the alter ego of the artist: Joanne. The show is characterized by a cyber-alien atmosphere, made even more exciting thanks to the costumes and choreography.

Among the songs performed: The Edge of Glory, Poker Face, Applause and Paparazzi shooting all the traces that from The Fame of 2008 have led the super star up to Shallow taken from the soundtrack of the movie A Star is Born. But there were surprises: Lady Gaga has indeed performed in the cover of I'm Afraid of Americans signed David Bowie. The residency will last until next November 2019 and the concept includes two different shows: the "show" mode like that was staged last December 28th; and evenings in which there will be only piano and voice at the center of the scene. The goal is to propose a different repertoire, with a focus on the acoustic versions of his hits and the interpretation of songs from the Great American Songbook.
